Grasmere Lodge and Grasmere Cottage are one-bedroomed separate properties that will provide you with a cosy and comfortable base for you to get out and explore.

Grasmere Cottage
This one bedroom property comes with some of the best views in the Yarra Valley - and a great spot to watch the sun set while tucking into some local wines and cheese.

We're dog-friendly and our deck has a gate to keep your furry friends safe. We ask that dogs are always kept on a lead when going for a wander as we have livestock including cows and alpacas - with the odd rabbit running wild too!

Parking is available and with prior arrangement we are also able to accommodate for horses.

From concerts at Rochford to weddings at Coombe - there are so many places within a stones throw of the Grasmere Farm properties.

Looking for some action? The new Warburton Mountain Bike Park has just opened - or are you looking for something more serene? The Dandenong Botanical Gardens is a short drive away or you can ride or walk the Lilydale - Warburton rail trail and visit the Carriage Cafe.​

Grasmere Lodge
Grasmere Lodge is a newly renovated one-bedroomed fruit pickers cottage from the early 1900s.
Privately situated and enjoying expansive views over the Yarra Valley, Grasmere Lodge is an idyllic spot for you to relax and unwind. There's also a fully fenced garden for dogs to be kept contained.
It's also just a short hop away from some of Victoria's finest wineries and wedding locations.
Experience the joy of sharing the property with alpacas, cows, chickens and wildlife.
